1-I understand from your letter that EB2-NIW has less requirements than EB1-OR, and hence it is more safe to apply for EB2-NIW. Is that true?
The requirements are a bit different. For NIW, you need to show *national* interest/impact of your work; for EB1-OR, it is *international* impact/reputation. In general, it is easier to wriggle out an argument for national interest in one's work than showing international reputation. Moreover, EB2-NIW being EB2 is supposed to be easier to satisfy.

It takes about 2 weeks get the RFE. It contains 2+ pages, first page is cover letter and second page+ will contain RFE details. NSC is know to issuing RFE on ability to pay, education (if 3 years degree) and detailed professional experience letters.

on weekend i got email abt my I140 has RFE.Message saying they mailed on Nov14.i am expecting letter to attorny or emplyer in 2 weeks.
My pd is 2002 Dec. and my Company got merged last year to new company, i have 3year degree and 1plus year diploma which is equal to B.S computer science, when my employer did Education Evalution.
I am expecting 2 Queries

They are trying to change rules retroactively. There is no such thing going on here.
A similar stance would be if in midstream: lawmakers changed retroactively that only if the job makes more then $150,000 it is qualified for EB2; only companies with revenues of over $20 million can apply for greencards. If they changed the rules retroactively in USA which would preclude people who are already in line; then you would see massive amounts of protests.
However; what is happening in UK is not the same issue here. Same thing happened in Canada a few years ago when they changed the point system and wanted to do it for people retroactively.
Here, with retrogression in the background, a lot of mess is being cleaned up and a lot of enforcements are coming in place to curb visa abuse. It is quite interesting to see how enforcements are being done and how things will be handled because on one side job market is booming, on one side you find big and small consulting doing alll sorts of things and utilising visas, on one side you see locals (Especially older people who lost jobs and find it diffucult to find jobs because of their age). Overall, it wwould bee interesting to see what will the course of action be.
From what I understand, Retrogression is the only "retroactive measure using diplomacy" and I guess thats it. Stricter enforcements will be there but those who manage to get past, will always get past.
IVs strategists must look into a diplomatic angle to come up with mechanisms to fight retro which I think IV is currently doing and is on the track.

If you really were kind enough you have teh 10 digit phone number on the Home page..CALL THEM and ask them why they banned u...It could be a mistake OR a genuine reason....
Call and find out...how do you know its coz of money...shame on you...so many of the 25K members have not paid a dime..so we should o nly have 5K odd members at that rate...So c'mon grow up and start calling lawmakers rather than sulking over stuff that has no meaning.

I don't think they will accept matriculation certificate as primary evidence. Since the birth certificate is initial evidence, you should contact your lawyer ASAP.
